Registered Dental Hygienist (Periodontal Practice)

1. Hygienists are given the time they need to build meaningful patient relationships and provide top-quality care (60-70 minute appointments).

2. We have been using saliva testing for more than 20 years to emphasize the important connection between oral health and systemic disease.

3. Each hygienist works with two chairs to improve efficiency and support smooth patient flow.

4. Hygienists have their own dedicated assistant(s).

We welcome hygienists who are open to relocating to Fort Wayne. Relocation assistance/moving support is available. The Fort Wayne/Harlan area is one of the most affordable places to live in the U.S., offering an excellent quality of life and a lower cost of living.

Hours:
Monday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
Tuesday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

Sign-on Bonus: $2,000

Experience Required:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as hygienist
Local anesthesia certified preferred
